  i have read postings once in a while talking about how the jw org.

  told this site to take certain posts, or files down otherwise they would press charges.

  have they really done this, or is what i read just a rumor ?.

  When Jesus ate and drank with the tax collectors and prostitutes, he wasn't partying with them. They weren't raising the roof. He was showing them that he was willing to preach to all the children.

  I don't get the impression Rutherford was passing out pamphlets when he went.

  but for my own personal benefit i'd like to hear everyones "favorite" bible contradiction.

  i'd also like to hear any refutes that anyone has to any of these contradictions.

  Jealousy and love aren't mutually-exclusive personality traits.

  Samson was under a special provision under the Mosaic law, and Paul was under the Christian way.

  Incest wasn't a crime against god at that point. Offering his daughters instead of the materialized angels was a contradiction. It was more of a wow, that is some crazy adherance to principles right there!

  why is it that the story of the resurrection of lazarus of bethany only is mentioned in the book of john and not in the other three gospel accounts of the life of jesus?.

  the resurrection of lazarus was a major event in the life of jesus, but three writers failed to mention it, why?.

  Before that, 99.5% attendance for 9 years.

  No fade for me. I jumped out, pretty much. The 2001 thing was just a promise to a so-called friend. I keep my word as best as I can, so I went. I felt super-uncomfortable. Very strange.
